Self-cleaning Depressurization System
Description
Self-cleaning depression valve that ensures microbubble injection and allows pressure loss and cleaning cycles to be monitored from the HMI/PLC.
It is made up of a system of self-cleaning valves. Its main function is to reduce the pressure of saturated water in air in such a way that it generates microbubbles in the largest possible quantity and of the right size and prevents the formation of large bubbles. It has a control loop that facilitates controlled depressurization and, in addition, initiates a self-cleaning cycle of the valves to prevent clogging. The action is carried out by controlling the pressure loss generated in the depressurization valves.
