DAF – Dissolved Air Flotation (family)
- ISOFLOAT (circular): radial laminar distribution (“zero speed”), maximum efficiency of clarification and generation of sludge; collects sludge floated by surface and settled by bottom. Options in AISI 304/316, Superduplex, coatings and civil works. Ideal when looking for hydraulic stability and contained footprint (auxiliary equipment under the equipment itself in metal version).
- EXAFLOAT (rectangular): more hydraulic load on a limited surface; equi/counter-current flow for better effluent quality. Plug & play delivery. Available in metallic material (AISI 304/316/Superduplex, ebonite) or civil works.
- CLEARFLOAT: ISOFLOAT + circumferential sand filter with continuous washing; can reach <10 ppm at output without interrupting filtration. Saves space and auxiliaries by integrating flotation + filtration in a single device.
- DAF Key Components:
- ASR (Air Saturation Reactor): air saturation reactor with automatic control; generates microbubbles after depression.
- ADS (Self-cleaning Depressurization System): self-cleaning depression valve; monitors pressure loss and cleaning time from HMI/PLC.
Pretreatment and operation
- CHEMIX (flocculant preparation): automatic mixing with level control for large flocculant consumption; reduces concentrate handling.
Compact solutions
- PCW, Containerized Plant for Water Purification: Coagulation, Flocculation, Dynamic Lamellar Decantation with automatic sludge sweeping and extraction, Open sand filters with automatic washing, Storage and disinfection of treated water. Includes automatic reagent preparation and dosing stations (coagulant, flocculant, pH adjustment, disinfectant…).
- FLOC-ST, Portable equipment for the treatment of water from earthmoving works, washing truck wheels and washing truck concrete mixer tanks, preparation and dosing of reagents (coagulant, flocculant and/or pH adjustment).
