Description
The team is composed of the following unitary processes:
- Physical-chemical process by means of coagulation-flocculation and decantation of solids. This is the most delicate process and the adjustments of the chemical products will be carried out by means of previous tests that must be periodically readjusted according to the characteristics of the raw water.
- Sludge thickening (with the FS Module): this is carried out with a simple system of filter bags using a module accessory to the main installation. It has a lower tray for the collection of runoff that will be driven back to the treatment plant itself. The solids accumulated in the filter bags can be managed without problems with the soil from the excavation itself.
If this dehydration is not needed, the treatment plant has a small accumulation tank where they will be purged in liquid form according to the needs of the process. In the latter case, it must be considered that their management will be in the liquid phase.
- Automatic pH adjustment of treated water
- Electrical panel for connection of the connection (400 v three-phase + Neutral) and power supply and protection of the previous equipment.
- Compact equipment transportable by crane truck without the need for special transport.
- Fully automated operation with minimal operator attention.
- Simplicity of maintenance
- Space required for the implementation of the minimum equipment. Minimal or no interference with existing elements in the construction works.
- Ease of modifying the position of the compact equipment, using the usual means of any construction site.
- The operation of the equipment is fully automatic where the operator will only have to replace the reagent once it has been consumed.
